Abraxas S. Malfoy is the eldest son and only child of Clotilda Avery and Brutus Malfoy, and the heir to Malfoy Manor. He's about as Malfoyish as a Malfoy can be — in fact, more so than most of his family. He's highly bigoted, looking down on everyone that he views as different. This goes beyond matters of blood status and even includes those of lower social/economic standing, race, sexual orientation, etc. Most of these prejudices are not remotely prevalent in the wizarding world. But Abraxas is something of an extremist. In summary, he has a massive superiority complex — the result of being the son of one of the most powerful men in wizarding Britain and a mother who dotes upon him and believes he can do no wrong.

At Hogwarts, this extremist point of view hasn't earned him much in the way of friends, though he does have plenty of acquaintances who grovel and suck up to him enough that he considers himself friendly with them. Arithmancy and Ancient Runes are the two electives that he has taken, as they are the two subjects that involve dealing with people or filthy creatures at the very least. They would also allow him to excel in the future as he ascends to greatness within the Ministry. Abraxas had at least one child, Lucius Malfoy, who was born in 1954; the fate of Lucius's mother, Lucille Nevarse, is currently unknown. Abraxas knew Horace Slughorn, according to his grandson Draco and Slughorn himself. 

Abraxas Malfoy was widely believed to have been part of the shady plot that led to Minister for Magic Nobby Leach (the first Muggle-born to hold the office) leaving his post prematurely in 1968. Nothing was, however, conclusively proven against Malfoy.

Abraxas died of a case of dragon pox, a relatively common malady of the elderly, sometime before September 1996. Horace Slughorn knew him then and was sorry to hear that he had passed away, as he informed Draco, Abraxas's grandson. Abraxas may also have been a well-respected wizard, as Draco attempted to use his name to charm Slughorn into letting him into the Slug Club because Slughorn was impressed with his heritage. However, perhaps due to Lucius's renewed criminal records, the name was not good enough to earn Slughorn's favor.

Description

Abraxas is a young man, roughly 15 years old, of Pure-Blood, English heritage with an alabaster skin tone, who stands at 5'7" and is around pounds with an overall skinny body type. Chin-length platinum blonde hair is done in page-cut style, framing a long oval-shaped face that is beginning to sharpen into the typical angular Malfoy features. He has thin, almond, dark blue-gray eyes that are set to either side of his slightly upturned, pointed nose. Below that nose is a "Cupid Bow" set of lips. The rest of his long, oval-shaped face is accented by a small chin and increasingly sharp cheeks. There is not a single blemish or scar upon him. Abraxas smells of expensive ink and parchment. When he speaks, the tones and accent of upper-class Wiltshire, England, can be detected.

At the moment, Abraxas is wearing a Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry uniform. Notably, the green and silver cocoloring must have been sorted into House Slytherin. A grey vest edged in green and silver covers a crisp white Oxford shirt, buttoned from the belt to the collar and accented with a green tie with narrow silver stripes. The shirt is tucked neatly into matching grey trousers that fall to the tops of black shoes. Overall, this flows a voluminous black robe lined in soft Slytherin Green fabric, unadorned except for a silver snake slithering over a green background with a silver chevron sewn over the heart.

Magical abilities and skills

• Love: Abraxas was one of the only pure-blood wizards in his family who was capable of feeling genuine love, unlike his father, Brutus, who was cold and ruthless. Abraxas cared deeply about his family, especially Clarence and Lucius II.

• Dark Arts: As a high-ranking Knight, Abraxas was highly familiar and skilled with all kinds of Dark magic and with the casting of Dark charms, but he never used them against innocent people (e.g., muggles, half-bloods, and other magical beings).

• Intellect: Abraxas was a rather astute and wily man, having been a model student during his time as a student and even made a Prefect in his fifth year, a position bestowed upon academic high-achievers who had proven themselves capable, both in class and out.

• Potions: Abraxas was skilled in brewing potions, like his son was.

• Wand: Abraxas owned a wand, which he kept in his walking stick later in his years. This wand was passed down through generations in the Malfoy family. Later, his son, Lucius, owned this during his adult years.

Although not much is known about his parents, it is known that they were both pure-bloods. According to Abraxas, his father was very cruel and abusive towards him, unlike her mother, who was very loving and caring.

Abraxas meets Lucille at Hogwarts; however, they do not start dating because Abraxas is in Tom's group, and Tom disagrees with their relationship. Lucille was in love with Abraxas even though she was in Ravenclaw, not Slytherin house, and Abraxas' father did not approve of their relationship, but Abraxas disagreed with his father's request, and they started dating soon after. After Hogwarts, they married. She was pregnant but died while giving birth to their only child, and Abraxas was heartbroken after that.

Abraxas: "My wife is gone!!! Father. Lucille is dead! I can't live without her anymore! I have to raise my son alone without her."

Brutus: "Don't be WEAK! You are MALFOY!! Your son is the next HEIR of the Malfoy family!!!"

Lucius was Abraxas and Lucille's only son and firstborn because a second child and only daughter died during childbirth. Abraxas was heartbroken when Lucille died, and at that point, he did not even care for his only son, who was only 5 years old at that time.
